Exercise is good for health,it can protect us from any disease,every form of exercise have the same result in make our body strong and healthy, but what kind of exercise is suit for you?.This is depend on how style of exercise do you like,for me running is my answers.For a number of reasons
The first reason is running have no cost ,you don't have to pay for gym members or equipment except cost of shoes or shock , if you have old one and not dilapidated,let use old one.
Second reason is running you can do alone don 't want to waiting for anybody if you hurry or have limit time on the other hand it will be a good idea if you ask you darling to go with you.
Third reason is running is extremely efficient in burn calories,running is good choice of who that would like to weight loss in quick result.
Finally running can help you reduce stress and protect you from heart disease.
Running is benefit for our health that is the reason running is my favorite sports,how about you?,what kind of sport do you like, let choose one sports that suit for you , and exercise for our healthy.
