Advantage of cooking at home


   The people nowadays use their life in high competition environment, some use to bought fast food or eat at restaurant, some use to cooking at home, for me cooking at home is my answer. there a number of advantage of cooking at home. 

   First is food that we cooked are cleaned than we bought from restaurants, because restaurants can not guarantee it that ingredient of foot that they cooked are clean,  especially fresh vegetable that they wash may not clean 

   Second is safety from contaminate food, because we select just good ingredient for our cooking especially cooking oil, we always use new oil in cooking for garlic,peanuts,cayenne,we not use fungi one, because fungi it cause of river cancer Third cooking myself more delicious, because i can add ingredient what i like as much as i want   

    Finally cooking at home  is the best way to make relationship within family because members of family can help each other in cooking and eating together 

   Cooking at home have many advantaged however some people have limit time they can not cooking themself eat at restaurants is the easy way to do it depend on how convenient they are but for me i love to cooking myself at home
